WACCAMAW RIVERSWEEP 2009

The Waccamaw Riversweep is held every year the first Saturday after April 15th.  This year it will be April 18, 2009. 

We would like to invite you and your family to join us in keeping our river clean.  Volunteers are welcome to join us at 9 am for breakfast before going out on the boats to pick up trash and then lunch will be served around 12:00 noon.  Every year we do pick up at least a ton of trash sometimes more.  This way our river and community stays clean for tourist and locals to enjoy.
